The idea behind starting and building this company began all the way back in 2014. I was in the exterior painting industry. We always used pressure washing or low pressure washing to clean the home’s exterior prior to prepping and painting. Once the home was clean it was astonishing how good and new the home looked. We didn’t even paint yet. That sparked the idea and the question of how many homes or businesses need cleaning only? Even the concrete, the roof, the gutters and windows?! And what were the benefits of removing all that algae, moss, mildew, insect nests, and other organic growth. Keeping the home free of these growth factors keeps your homes exterior in great physical health and helps to avoid costly repairs sooner than you have to. The coatings protect the way they’re supposed to. The stucco, siding, brick, vinyl, and roof shingles can do their job and last a long time. When these coatings and substrates are smothered with organic matter they break down way sooner than you want them to. At EAST COAST we are always improving our systems.
